Let me tell you my story with ushopweship.com

First of all, I've been with them for months, all shipments I ordered were received just fine, but not till Ramadan arrived... the horror starts..

Lets talk about our amazing customs... Those bunch of fucking assholes don't know shit about how to handle packages. Everything they see in English is porn to them. fucking retards I wish I can kill every single one of them.

Anyway, On to our package. I ordered my lame, (yes now its lame because I should have never ordered it), on the 30th of August 2007, it consists of a lame PSP Game and a Comfort Grip to be installed on the PSP. Amazon.com replied that the shipment was sent and it arrived at your destination.

Now the destination is my ushopweship address. I never received anything on my mobile regarding any shipment, they usually send me an SMS saying that I received a shipment from this and that. So I decided to log in to the site and check it myself. And of course, there is nothing reported on the site.

So I, al 9aboor el 7aboob, waited, I said " Am not in a hurry, maybe there was a problem and they going to fix it in 2-3 days ". sadly this continued for the next month and half.

I checked Amazon.com and they reported that the shipment was delivered 3 days after I placed the order. So, ushopweship website is having a major problem. so i decided to call on the 10th of September (see how patient I am?), And the customerservice replied and said that I have received the packages and they are stuck at customs.

When I heard that I said Immediately "FUCK!", I know that customs are jerks and a bunch of retards put together in one location. But I said lets give them a chance.

I waited and called and argued with ushopweship, then suddenly when I checked my ushopweship account, I saw a standing amount of money needed to be paid. I immediately paid it knowing that its for my current shipment. After a while and on the 26th of September, (are you keeping track of the dates? i ordered on the 30th, they received on the 5th, i received on the 26th), I finally received my packages!. BUT, I noticed something weird.

First of all, Amazon NEVER ships an item without their box with their name on it. This box I received is way too big... it looks weird and it doesn’t have the Amazon Logo. Also the Package was wide opened. and I can see the inside guts of my package. my response at that time " WHAT THE FUCK? ".

I opened the package and I found one of the items i ordered, the GRIP. but. Where the fuck is my Game?...... THE GAME IS LOST!. The package was opened! and there were no game inside!, There were no bills on the outside of the box, AMAZON ALWAYS PUT THE BILLS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX!... Someone happily opened my box, messed around with it, and when its time to send it, he choose any box laying around the place, put the goddamn stuff, loss my game and yallah yallah send it 3adi 3adi ma7ad shaf...

My response? ... I went dead silent for like 1 hour.. how is this possible? oh.. Welcome to Kuwait I said to myself... But that’s private items.... i replied to myself again, Welcome to Kuwait, I also said... No respect to other peoples belongings?, I immediately replied. WELCOME TO KUWAIT!.

I called Ushopweship in anger and told them about this weird box and what’s missing. they are so calm saying " we will search for it ". but can you explain something to me Ms. Customer Services of ushopweship... " How are you going to search for a PSP Game in Customs? are you mocking me? HOW DARE HE OPEN MY FUCKING PACKAGE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!. they afraid its porn? Believe me! if I wanted Porn, I'll get it whether you like it or not and In front of you TOO!.

Its now the 11th of October, Eid is upon us, and NO Game, No refund, No shit. I really want to Open this eid with a BANG and blow both Ushipweship and customs to hell.

Its not about the stupid game. its a 40$ game, I careless about the stupid money, The main idea is that you insulted me by suspecting its porn though its clearly says MONSTER HUNTER II.. I can hardly believe this is porn you jack shit... and a PSP Grip... its not a dildo you fucking retards. its all written on the goddamn bill on the goddamn box you lost.

and ushipweship Never calls with updates on the current situation. I always call, and when I do, their progress is ZERO what so ever. So i concluded today...

1. Ushopweship are using the Ignore till he forget about it idea.

2.Ushipweship clearly don’t give a shit about you since you paid the money

3. Customs are full with Assholes who think everything goes 7aram in ramadan

4. People working in Customs are to be taken outside in a public area and beaten with sandals (ni3il) till they die, and feed their rotten corpses to the dogs.. 7aram el dogs wallah....

5. Never going to use ushopweship again

6. Never going to order from outside. unless I have was6a in customs.

7. Kuwait Customs Sucks Ass. they are a bunch of uneducated people. (retards)
